Child and Family Well-Being Continuum of Care
The opportunity to make a positive impact on our community through collaborative and integrated services is at an all time high. Increasing access to high quality services has the possibility of positively impacting a family’s ability to learn new skills and practice self-advocacy. Their empowerment can impact the number of children who stay at home with their families. When service providers intentionally interact with each other within a framework that supports family systems, the number of children who are removed from their homes can be decreased.
